Pretty presentations of tea and a variety of selections. Its pricey but they do have the expensive teas like the Tie Guanying, means the iron Buddha green tea, and the rare Bi Louchun green tea. Authentic tea house. The matcha cake and the sweet potato cheese cake are very good too.

We arrived around 1130 on a Sunday and there was minimal traffic until there wasnt. Right about when we were finishing up, every table was taken. A lovely experience. Being able to smell and try multiple tea was a nice experience. The food offerings are fun and beautiful. It served as a light lunch actually.
